Dear Gentleman,
Per your request for the above reference project in regards to the modification of the
creek we Southern Classic Renovation hold harmless the City of Coppell if for any
reason the creek cannot be modified as discussed, based upon this hold harmless letter the
City of Coppell will release the building permit for the renovation of the existing
structure.
It is our understanding that no work will start on the creek modification until the City of
Coppell has notified us in writing.
