(Single Family-12) to PD-251-SF-12 (Planned Development-251-Single
Family-12), to allow the development of six (6) single-family lots, with a
minimum lot size of 12,000 square feet and three (3) common area lots on
2.8 acres of property located south of Sandy Lake Road between
Dobecka Drive and Castlebury Court, at the request of Brad Meyer,
Contrast Development.

COMMENT STATUS: PRELIMINARY FINAL REVISED
AFTER P&Z
1. Show the centerline distance from Castlebury to proposed Rosebriar court.
2. The median nose on the west side of the intersection may need to be cut back.
3. Show the median in Trailwood.
4. The inlet in Sandy Lake Rd. may have to be adjusted for the construction of
Rosebriar Court.
5. The cul de sac does not appear to be adequate for a fire truck turn around,
especially if cars are parked.
6. Stamped concrete only needs to be 8'.
7. The drainage plan and utility plan will have detailed comments during full
engineering plan review.
