Who are the others and when is Dividend Dr. extension and sanitary sewer system going to be installed? 2. The utilities on the site plan do not match the plans for Dividend Dr. 3. The sidewalk along Belt line and Dividend should be 5' wide. 4. Glenn Engineering owes us as-built plans on previous projects; we will not approve any plans until we have received those. 5. Provide city standard curb and gutter in the ROW, no mountable stamped section.
