RE: 1994 Regional Transportation Improvement Program (1994-TIP)
Dear Mr. Young:
I have completed my review of the 1993 TIP's list that was provided to the City of Coppell and have
the following comments to offer:
#310 MacArthur Blvd. - remove, project is complete
#150 Bethel School Road - change lanes from 4 to 2
#230 Fairway Drive - remove, city is negotiating to abandon the right-of-way
#380 Riverchase Drive - remove, this was built by the developer
#390 Royal Lane - remove the 4/, this is a 6 lane roadway
#420 Ruby Road - change lanes from 4 to 2
#450 Sandy Lake Road - see revised #450 on the attached sheet, project was broken up to
more accurately reflect construction and funding
As was noted, Project #450 has been broken into 3 separate projects. The limits and funding for each
