Prairie Denton, TX 76201 RE: S.H. 121 at Corporate Drive/Coppell Road Dear Mr. Hensley: This letter is written as a follow-up to our previous meeting concerning the entrance ramp to S.H. 121 in the general vicinity of Corporate Drive and Coppell Road. The engineering consultant for the GTE site has provided a modified ramp access drawing showing a future ramp north of Corporate Drive. You may recall that the current plan for a ramp in the area is south of Corporate Drive. During our discussion, it was noted that it is important for the vehicles exiting the site to have the opportunity to enter onto northbound S.H. 121 in the future once the highway takes on freeway status. The driving force for this submittal at this time is the overriding need for the GTE site to have driveway access to the current frontage road. With the submittal of this plan, I am requesting that TxDOT expeditiously review the modified ramp location and make a determination on the purposed location of the driveways to service the GTE site. I will be contacting you in a few days to arrange a time when Gillett Berger, with Beck Realty Group, Jim Riley, with Brockett, Davis and Drake and myself can meet with you concerning this proposal.
