Dear Mr. Huffman:
As requested by Mr. Phil Portillo of your staff, please be advised that the City of Coppell has no
objections to the Texas Department of Transportation temporarily changing the designation of "SH
121 (Bypass)" to "Spur 553" during the construction phase of this facility. It is our understanding
that upon completion, "Spur 553" will be redesignated as "SH 121" and the existing "SH 121" will
be redesignated as "Business SH 121".
