Enclosed with this letter are four executed copies of the final document to convey the storage
tank and associated facilities to the City of Coppell. The approval of acceptance of conveyance
of the half million gallon storage tank and Sandy Lake Road pump station on the south side of
Sandy Lake Road and west of Riverchase Drive from the Trinity River Authority was
approved at the February 12, 2002 City Council meeting. Please execute the documents and
return two signed copies to me for our record.
