Here is the information you requested on the above referenced location. The site appears to be
a general food store with the addition of an indoor food court. It is a stand-alone unit of
approximately 150,000 s.f. located next to a freeway that is under expansion.
Enclosed with this memo are pictures taken September 23, 2002 at the Wichita Falls, TX
location of Market Street food store. Below are some observations I made during my visit:
The indoor food court measuring between 10,000 and 15,000 s.f. consists of Italian and
American prepared food, a coffee bar, a bakery, and a buffet island.
The coffee bar had an arrangement of stools for customer seating and there was a nook
with tables and chairs to seat approximately 15.
The food court opens into the bread and produce section of the food store.
There is a fuel station on the apron of the parking lot near the freeway.
A new Market Street location just opened in Canyon, TX with a staff of approximately 150
employees.
