RE: 100 Cottonwood Drive
The property owner at 100 Cottonwood Drive has requested a refund of $1,400 for water impact
fees and $222.10 for the purchase of a water meter, inspection fee and security deposit. The citizen
paid these fees on September 20, 2002 in order to install the new irrigation meter.
The meter has been sitting unused in his garage; therefore at this time he is requesting that he be
allowed to return the unused meter and be reimbursed for the charges.
Water Impact Fee $1,400.00
Water Tap/Meter Insp. Fee 50.00
Security Deposit 30.00
Water Meter Sale 142.10
$1,622.10
I would like to have the check cut and given to me. In exchange for the check, the citizen can return
the meter. If you have any questions please let me know.
