Hunterwood Park Improvements
The Engineering Department and the Parks and Recreation Department are working together on the
Hunterwood Park Improvements. The Trail Connection portion will be funded by Parks & Recreation
and the Hunterwood Park Erosion Control portion will be funded by Engineering.
The cost to fund the performance bond for $3,270 and the installation of the erosion control for
$72,557 is $75,827. These funds are available from CIP drainage funds as approved by City Council
on November 10, 2009.
The current Purchase Order #10-1592 to UTZ Environmental Services of Austin, Inc. list all work to
be performed. This request is to fund both the performance bond (currently shown to be funded from
CRDC funds) and the erosion control from CIP drainage funds.
