Construction Plan Review Comments
Dear Mr. Vilbig:
The City of Coppell has reviewed the revised plans for the referenced addition and with the following
conditions, the plans will be approved.
1.Existing trees must not be damaged or disturbed during or after construction. Please contact John
Elias, Parks Operations Manager, at 972-462-5115 to inspect proposed pipe location and to provide
a letter of approval for the construction.
2.The applicant must sign an original copy of the Floodplain Development Permit that is available in
our office.
Please submit revised copies for the City Engineer’s stamp. The City of Coppell requires three sets for
its use; your office should submit as many additional sets as necessary for construction operations.
All contractors and subcontractors onsite must have a copy of the plans approved by the City of
Coppell.
All fees must be paid prior to release of this project for construction. These fees consist of
construction inspection fees to be paid to this office. The City assesses a 4% inspection fee for all
public installations along with a copy of the itemized bid documents. If you have any questions or
