Adrian,
I would like to touch base on this project before too long. We are taking the contract to City Council on May
10th. Once approved we will send you copies of the contract for execution. The City manager will sign the
contracts last and then we will issue the Notice to Proceed. Which doesn't leave much time to get the project
rolling if we are to start on June 6th. I know that there are a few items that need to be handled quickly and
those are the traffic signal, the traffic control plan and the changeable message boards. The message boards
need to be up on the 23rd of May if we start on June 6th.
