Due to the past experience of the contractor, Jim Bowman, Inc., they were able to complete the replacement of
the intersection in record time, exceeding the Engineering department's expectations. They were able to erect
all of the detour signs and temporary signal in an acceptable amount of time with little confusion, remove the
bricks and concrete, pour new concrete along with a decorative detail and reinstate traffic within 15 calendar
days. The contractor will receive the maximum $45,000 bonus as allowed for in the contract. I would like to
thank all those that had a part in the project for their wonderful support as well as thanking the motoring public
for their patience during the construction project.

I need a quote from you about the Belt Line Denton Tap intersection project from the standpoint of how
smoothly and quickly the job was completed. Leslie has completed a great video and we are going to put it out
