I have attached the signed agreement. We did not purchase the 2009 images, so we will need those. An ECW
file is fine. I have copied Nelson Esquivel, our GIS analyst, on here, as he can provide you with our FTP site
instructions. I know we also have another option for transmitting larger files that may work better for the
aerial file.

I am preparing your request for data. Please sign and return the data release forms so I can send you our
parcels and 2009 color photos from NCTCOG. If Freeze bought the 2009 photo dataset, and you don't need our
photos,
please let me know. They are 1 Gb in size and would make my delivery smaller if I do not need to include
them. The format is .ECW so please make sure you can use that file. If not, we have MrSid files too.
