Lane. Our insurance company has already tendered this claim to North
Texas Contracting. For any questions regarding that decision please
contact Phil Walters with Zurich Insurance at (214)866-1500 (Claim No.
972-0062577). The City is demanding that someone respond to Mr. Rashid.

I am disappointed that Tiseo has not been in contact with you.
One option you have is to file a claim against the city through the City
Secretary's office. They can be reached by phone at 972-304-3669, or
via email at citysec@ci.coppell.tx.us. Once this claim is filed, our
Risk Management folks will investigate the claim and likely assign it
back to the contractor.

Hi Keith,
We tried and tried but seems like your builders absolutely refuse to
even acknowledge that we exist and they have wrecked our house.

It seems like we might have to resort to our last option and hire an
attorney to sue city of Coppell for damages.
Please let us know if there is any other avenue to explore.
