1. Include utility easement for the water line tying into Sandy Lake Rd.
2. Remove 5' sanitary and water easement and just include it in the 10' utility easement
along Heartz rd.
3. With the sanitary sewer line being 10' deep in front of lot 7 we will need a 20' utility
easement as required by the subdivision ordinance.
4. Remove "per this plat ".
