Subject: Dobecka Drive
Good afternoon.
I wanted to touch base with everyone on the ongoing reconstruction of Dobecka Drive. As you know, they placed concrete on a
little more than half the road last Wednesday. Unfortunately we haven't seen much of them since then. I spoke with the project
manager this morning, and he assures me that now that they have reached their 7 day cure time for the concrete they will once
again be here working diligently.
Beginning tomorrow they will be removing forms from the street, and forming the driveways on the west side of the road.
Continuing through Wednesday of next week they will be placing concrete in these driveways and the sidewalk along this side.
They then plan to cut out the old paving on the east side of the road beginning next Thursday. They expect to be able to place the
concrete for that side of the road as early as the week of November 3rd. Driveways and sidewalks should follow on the east side
the following week.
Barring any unforseen circumstances, or weather delays, Contaser expects to be done with the project by Thanksgiving. Thank you
