1. The water line should be looped.
2. Verify the location of the 12" water line, it may be in the pavement.
3. The median cut should be done at this time.
4. Lots 1 and 2 of Trinity Shores drain onto this site, show this in your drainage areas and
accomodate.
5. Show offsite drainage from Riverview Estates onto this site.
6. The drainage easement should be 20'.
