Lutheran Church building. The church shall also be permitted to remain as a
secondary use on this 4.58 acres of property located at 140 S. Heartz at the request of
Sakek Shaik, Manara Academy.

1)Heartz Road should be the only road to provide entrance and egress to the charter school
site. London Way should not be used to access the school property.
2)Consider the onsite vehicle circulation shown on the exhibit provided; “entrance only”
from the northern most driveway off of Heartz Road and “exit only” from the southern
most driveway off of Heartz Road.
3)The 18’ radius of the curve, encompassed by sidewalk, located at the top portion of
northwestern face of the building may need to be modified in order to ease the turning
radius due to circulation.
4) Will the charter school incorporate a bus system for transporting students to and from
school? If so, where is the proposed drop off site for buses?
5) Explain the water service abandonment.
