Hi Clay,
I don't know if you remember me but I grew up on Kaye Street, Diane Jones, Tommy's sister. I
remember you as someone with a very high degree of integrity from the time you were a little
kid. We couldn't have a better city manager in my opinion.
Anyway, I live here on Kaye Street with my mom. There is currently a project going on to repair
the curbs I believe. We appreciate the improvements but there is a slight problem and I don't
know who to direct it to so I'm hoping you can let the appropriate person know.
When the guys finished the curb at the end of our driveway last week we found about 12 large
nails left in the gravel. Could you please ask someone to make sure the nails are collected when
they are done? We are lucky because we still have lots of kids that play outside on our street
and we would like to make sure they as well as our tires are safe.
Not an earth shattering problem, we appreciate the improvements and they are doing a
beautiful job. If you could help with the cleanup that would be great!
