1. The drainage will be evaluated further during the engineering plan review.
2. The sanitary sewer should be inside the sanitary sewer easement.
3. Rainfall Intensity coefficient should be 8.88.
4. Consider moving drop inlet to the northeast corner of property opposed to the northwest
corner.
