FINAL REVISED
COMMENT STATUS: PRELIMINARY
AFTER P&Z
Final Plat
1. The Metro PCS easement and tower will need to be relocated or abandoned.
2. What does the 25’ potential prescriptive ROW mean? Cause # 99-07200-2 County
Court #5 provided ROW on Coppell Rd. (4-10-2000)
3. XS at the south portion of the ROW will need to be dimensioned.
4. The gas line and easement is in the Freeport ROW, it may be in conflict. What is in the
10X10 Lone Star Gas Easement, it will need to be moved or abandoned.
5. The ROW on the north end of Freeport Parkway does not match SH 121. The plans for
SH 121 show 8 lanes and approximately 160’ of ROW transitioned from about 300’
Southeast of SH 121. Contact the Dallas District office for further information.
6. Corner clips will be needed on the south end of Freeport Parkway.
