AFTER P&Z
1. The engineering plan should show proposed utilities (water, sewer, drainage).
2. The sidewalk is required in the city ROW along Nash and should extend to the property
line.
3. Where the existing driveway is to be removed, sidewalk and curb should be poured
back.
4. A preliminary drainage plan should be provided.
