Fries) requiring variances to the Zoning Ordinance including: the incorporation of
metal standing seam awnings on three facades; signage exceeding overall size, two
outdoor patio areas encroaching into the required setback areas, a monument sign to
be setback ten feet from the property line, and the reduction of the size of a
landscaped island requiring the removal of an existing tree, on property located at
the southeast corner of Sandy Lake Road and Denton Tap Road, at the request of
