AFTER P&Z
1. Drainage will be evaluated further during the engineering plan review.
2. The sidewalk is required in the city Right-Of-Way along Nash and should extend to the
property line.
3. Where the existing driveway is to be removed, sidewalk and curb should be poured
back.
4. Stamped concrete will be required at the driveway entrance per the City of Coppell
standard details.
