The Village at Old Coppell/Coppell Service Center, Lots 1-8, Block A,
being a replat of Lot 1, Block A, Coppell Service
Final Plat and Replat,
Center and a final plat of the Village at Old Coppell to establish final
property boundaries of the Village at Old Coppell and reconfigure the
Coppell Service Center boundaries to establish fire lane and utility
easements to allow the construction of a event center, two retail/hotel
buildings, a pet bed and breakfast, future expansion for three
retail/restaurant sites, resulting in the relocation of the Service Center
Drive, located along the east side of Coppell Road, approximately 250
feet south of Bethel Road, at the request of Donna Kolberg, D & D
Development.

AFTER P&Z
1. 15’ utility easement and TXU easement were dedicated by separate instrument,
therefore they should be abandoned by separate instrument. (Not by re-plat of Service
Center).
2. The vault on the west side of Coppell Rd. shall be placed on the east side of Coppell
Rd. in a 20’X20’ easement.
