Exxon Plans - Preliminary Review
After reviewing the above referenced item with Public Works
Supervisors, please find below items which will need to be resolved
prior to final plat acceptance':
Sidewalks across fronage
Sanitary sewer connection revised per detail to connect to proper
manhole
Landscape and Irrigation plans need to be included in sets stamped
"Approved"
Need pavement detai~s and subgrade specifications
Extend 12" water line across both Beltline & MacArthur frontage
Revi~e water service connection to tie into 12" water line
Revise grade at south drive access to Dunning property (coordinate
with Greg Kahn - A. Halff & Associates 739-0094).
