CONSULTING ENGJ2 EERS
Dear Mr. Doyle: ~
We have reviewed the above referenced item and offer the
following comments at this time.
1. Need Registered Professional Engineer to seal, date and sign
the plans.
2. Reference sheet 1/5; need general note #13 revised to
include 6" lime stabilized subgrade (6%) or submission of a
soils report showing an alternate solution.
3. Verify with the Public Works Department that the 12"
waterline along the Exxon frontage is existing.
4. The sidewalk at the Belt Line/MacArthur intersection needs
to line up with the crosswalks and be constructed with brick
pavers. Reference city Streetscape Plan.
5. Any applicable Coppell Standard Detail Sheets need included
with set.
