Per,
We have no particular form that is used for shop drawings or manufacturer data. It might be a good idea to include a spot
on the bid form for them to list the sign manufacturer and model of sign. That might give you more information when you
are evaluating the bids.

Can you get per the PDF of the sign layout he is requesting?

Attached is the revised spec. Please look it over. The spec you sent referred to forms that I do not have a copy of. Are these a
standard type of form that you would like to see utilized? I left the forms in the spec and have highlighted them. I will also need the
electronic version of the lettering and spacing dimensions to attach as I have referenced.
