Bobby,
Jerod and I have discussed the contract. The hold up has been that the Corporate Acknowledgment was
not filled out and executed however as long as you are a sole proprietorship or partnership, this is not
needed. We should be able to get the notice to proceed out today.
As far as contract amount, the contract states a maximum of $150,000, however your bid amount was
only $106,262.15. We have awarded it at $125,000 to cover any overage we may encounter. In the event
you complete the work in a timely fashion, and to our satisfaction, we can discuss opportunities to renew
the contract next budget year.
