Gentlemen,
I have received permission to move forward with this contract. I have reviewed the proposal you sent with our Purchasing
Manager, and we have some concerns with the General Conditions. I am attaching our standard contract language. Please
let me know if you want to go over some of the differences.
We will be taking this item to City Council on May 26th. Depending on when you can start we will either ratify the City
Managers authorization to proceed, or asking Council approval to proceed. If you can start on Monday, That will be fine we
will proceed under City Manager authority. If you can't start until June 1st, then we will get Council approval first.
