We will be pouring concrete beginning this week along the east side of Heartz. We will plan on restoring the driveways that were there when we began the project. Keith Keith Marvin, P.E. Perhaps the perception will change after we have our P&Z meeting. Please note his instructions in the attached. We tried. Thanks for your consideration and common sense. At this time, the Seller cannot request that the approaches not be installed. At this time the city is not supporting the rezoning and the Seller does not want to tell the city not to install drives that access the property. Any communication from the City of Coppell engineering department to make changes to the current layout need to be submitted directly to the land owner. Subject: Owner's request to Not Reinstall Approaches John, The Coppell engineering department has called about the approaches to the parking lot along Heartz. If the site will be residential eventually regardless of whether it is us or someone else there is not a need to install the approaches. They would have to be removed for the development. A letter from the current owner would be appreciated to prevent this needless expenditure. All it would need to say is "We request that the approaches to the parking lot not be reinstalled along Hertz." If you have any questions please call. Tom Whatley
