Yes sir. We would no be requesting access to Sandy Lake Road. We realize there might be additional cost for
utilities. Just trying to come up with a layout that limits tree removal and yet gives the addition an open feel vs
an enclosed compound.

Tommy,
I'm sure Gary will have some thoughts on the layout. Two things to consider from an engineering
perspective, no driveway access will be allowed on Sandy Lake Road, and your cost to bring utility service to
the lots fronting Sandy Lake could be quite high.

Tim,
I wanted you to take a look at the layout on the right. It has four homes facing Sandy Lake Road. My
thoughts, obviously, was to have no access at all for these homes to Sandy Lake. We will have three car
garages on these lots, which will allow for additional off road parking at the rear of the lots. These are
deep lots in which we will have a larger front yard setback, say min 35 feet, to preserve trees. We would
build a six foot high combination brick/stone and wrought iron fence along the entire Sandy Lake
frontage. We will obviously landscape and irrigate the parkway along Sandy Lake Road. This will
eliminate having driveways out onto Mertz. This layout gives us 18 very nice lots. What do you think?
Please forward to Mike Garza.
Thank you,
