Subject: Explorer Pipeline needs to do maintenance
Dear City of Coppell (perhaps Keith Marvin) Engineering,
Explorer Pipeline Company, a common carrier of petroleum products, has been in the
City of Coppell since 1971.
We need to make a maintenance dig in our private easement on private land, in an open
area--the address is 1701 Ledbetter Rd.
We will be doing this work around February 7, probably a two-three day job.
In addition to making a "one call," we always check with a city to inquire about any
needed permits, notifications. Sometimes, the fire dept. likes to come see what is
going on, but there is no leak and no emergency--just routine pipeline maintenance.
Please advise.
