Good Morning All,
Raj Akula asked that I follow up on the progress of the civil approvals. The Akula's are very eager to
get their home started. We've already submitted for the Home Building Permit to start that process. Raj
reminded me that it was agreed that he should be able to start his Home Project approx. 30 days from
our meeting last May.
Does anyone know approx. how much more time is needed to complete this process?
It will take us about 2 - 3 weeks to grade the Home Site. Can we start that process this week? We will
not be grading the
commercial site until the Akula's are ready to start the Office Building in 12 - 18 months.
