I want to express my appreciation for you all submitting proposals to construct our little Hunterwood Park water line
project. Unfortunately our purchasing department has instructed me to put the project out for sealed bids. As such I will
not be able to accept any of the proposals as submitted.
This project is bing advertized for bid, and the bid opening will be August 5, 2008. If you are interested in submitting a bid
please read the attached documents. These documents supercede any discussion we may have had concerning this
project.
