I think we could jog the sidewalk out toward the street and avoid the walls. We would probably just be talking about the
plantings and the associated irrigation.

Keith, thanks for your response to my request. I am not on the HOA Board but
the sidewalks were brought up a number of years ago when I was on the board.
Would the stone walls have to be modified or are we just talking about the
plant beds?

Mr Wright,
I have been out to evaluate the sidewalk concern you reported at the
intersection of Glen Lakes and MacArthur Blvd. From my observation it would
be difficult to construct an ADA compliant walk in the limited space between
the HOA maintained landscaping and the back of curb.
We will continue to evaluate options, and I will have this area placed on
our sidewalk repair list.
Do you know if the HOA would be willing to redo some of the landscaping if
it was necessary for the placement of the sidewalk?
