Melissa,
This is a much more complex issue than simply repairing the failed portion of the wall. We are currently negotiating an engineering
contract to reconstruct the wall for the entire length of the channel. It will likely be several months before we are able to begin any
actual construction work out there.
If you want me to call the homeowner and discuss this with them, I'd be happy to do that.
