I received the paperwork from the state yesterday on the funding. I plan on taking it to Council on
May 11th.
We have $1,720,000 allocated for the right of way from Sandy Lake to SH 121. My opinion is that the
tower relocation should be considered part of that money. Therefore, there is really only about
$1,120,000 left for actual right of way purchase (1,720,000 - 600,000 [estimated tower relocation
costs] = $1,120,000).
