Robert Jenkins in our FTW office is our Traffic Signal expert. He will be preparing the plans for the signal
modifications related to Freeport. He is planning to contact the Grapevine Traffic Engineering staff regarding the
signal at 121 in order to prepare an accurate proposal for the necessary work. He is familiar with their staff and
standards, so hopefully this coordination will go smoothly. I just wanted to let you know and make sure you were
okay with us contacting them at this point about this intersection. Please let me know. Thanks and have a great
