Per our conversation this morning, we will include a tree survey as well for any trees 6” and greater. Also, I
received the record drawing files from Scott, but still need the other items on the list below. As I mentioned, we
met the gentleman that operates the cattle and farm operation out there. His name is Johnny Muehlstin and his
number is 817-437-3642.
Finally, is there a particular council agenda you would like to target for this contract? If so, when is the date that
we would need to have everything finalized on the contract? We should have a proposal put together within a
couple of days of receiving the information below.

Gentlemen,
Thank you for the opportunity to continue to serve the City of Coppell! We are looking forward to working with you
in completing this project. From our meeting this morning, I took down the following notes of items that we would
need from the City at this time:
TxDOT plans for the intersection of 121 and Freeport
RTR Funding Agreement
Water & SS Master Plan for this area
Need for Trail/Sidewalk along this corridor
Record drawings and any reference information for this corridor
I spoke to Scott before leaving this morning about the record drawings and reference information. He was going
to place this info on the FTP site.
