Sorry for the delay. It was our intention to get with you much sooner. Michael Garza is the engineer that is taking over the
project, and he has experienced some delays in seeking approval for offers from our boss. I expect Mike will be contacting
you in the next week or so to discuss the offer he is working on. I know he is struggling with a resolution to the well.

Greeting Keith-
About 10 weeks ago you called me and said that things were starting to pop on the Freeport Rd Improvement Program.
You intorduced me to an assistant engineer who was going to handle the particulars. At that time you said that I would be
getting a package in the mail the next week - - - I aint got no package as of today.
I am not pushing - far be it - I just need to know some generalities for planning my timetable.
Any light you can shed would be appreciated.
