I’ve attached an exhibit showing the potential floodplain reclamation on the subject site. It appears that
approximately 7,500 sf (0.17 acres) can be reclaimed from the floodplain by filling and channel widening.

This option was derived based on an assumption that an earthen, 4:1 slope would be used. The reclamation
could potentially increase if a retaining wall or gabion wall were constructed. We can explore this (or other
options) upon request.
