I'm not sure what decision, if any, has been made at this point. I know there was some discussion about whether we had
to leave access there for Dallas County.
I'm attaching the preliminary drawing showing the proposed new paving. I'll need guidance from Ken on whether we will
remove the balance of the asphalt, or if we need to provide some sort of access through there.

Brad,
The portion of Bethel Road from Freeport to Penfolds Lane is slated to go to construction during the 2nd quarter of 2009. We are
still in the process of acquiring Right of Way through this area. This may shift if we need to go through any condemnation
proceedings on the ROW. We also need to relocate some utilities through the area that has the potential to cause some delays.
