Mr. Berkebile,
We are in the process of finalizing the plans for this stretch of Bethel Road at this time. We expect to begin construction by
the end of the year.
Our current plan is to match your current driveway location. If you wish to move this location, now would be a good time
to discuss that. We do not plan to remove the large culvert under your driveway, however we do intend to remove the
culvert under Bethel Road west of your driveway.
Based on our design, and the latest information from our consultant it does not appear that we need to acquire any
easement or right of way from your property.
I will be leaving on vacation at the end of the day Thursday, and will not be back until July 10th. If you would like to get
together and review any of these issues this week, please let me know when you are available.

I was referred to you by Ken Griffin.
We are in the final design phase for our lot at 239 W. Bethel Rd. and are
working with our surveyor and engineering firm on a plat and LOMA. When
would be an appropriate time to talk with you about the Bethel Rd. project,
its effect on our entry, the existing culvert, City right-of-way
acquisition, City drainage easement acquisition, etc.? No great rush, just
wanted to start talking when appropriate. Let me know. Thanks.
