I have been talking with directly is Luis Pajares. He owns the
currently vacant lot at 256 W. Bethel, and can be reached at

Rick,
As we discussed on the phone I have a property owner at 230 Bethel Road
that is trying to coordinate the burial of the overhead lines in front
of his property. He is also working with the property owners from 234
through 304 Bethel Road. Can you provide a cost proposal fro Oncor to
bury these lines? I will forward this cost to the property owner.
