Gentleman,
Pursuant to your request the following is my quote to do the additional work
not covered under our original contract.
1. Saw cut to repair loop detector
(Existing loop lead in, conduit and pull boxes are to be re -used)
280 LF at $10.00 = $2,800.00
Total = $2,800.00
2. VIVDS Camera (City supplied) 4 each at $350.00 = 1,400.00
VIVDS Program (City supplied) 1 each at $200.00 = $200.00
VIVDS Cable (City supplied) 800 LF at $2.00 = $1,600.00
Relocate solar power school flasher 1 at $2,750.00 = $2,750.00
Traffic control 1 LS at $1,000.00 = $1,000.00
Mobilization 1 LS at $1,500.00 = $1,500.00
Total = $8,450.00
Price excludes pavement marking, sidewalk, and wheelchair ramps, bonding,
stake -out, field engineering, temple signals, and foundation removal. Prices include
all labor and material, sales tax for construction equipment only and insurance for
items of work quoted. Please allow 120 days for signal poles (If poles are included).
City of Coppell is to supply VIVDS equipment, cable and program VIVDS.
Solar power school flasher includes screw in foundation and NOT a concrete
foundation.
Please issue a formal change to our contract and increase our contract by 150
days to include this change. If you have any questions please feel free to contact me.
