Dean,
The city has received your letter requesting additional time for bridge completion and an extension of the incentive period.
At this time we are simply going to take it under advisement. We will issue a formal response as the date of completion
gets closer. In the interim, we would like to sit down with you and/or Marty to discuss the critical path associated with your
schedule. As you now, only those delays that affect your critical path will be considered when we evaluate this request.
The city is available today at 1:30, or Friday at 10:00 to discuss this issue.
