The City of Coppell has contracted with Fugro Consultants, Inc. to perform a condition
inventory of all streets and alleys within the city limits. The digital images collected in the
inventory will be read by MicroPAVER detection software that will allow a rating to be

assigned to every lane mile. The rating will help prioritize repairs and maintenance for
the future and also detect areas that may need more immediate attention.
The project is due to begin in the next few weeks. The Fugro van is marked and has
cameras and equipment on the front and back as shown in the photo below. If you have any
