Terry,
We have been discussing the driveway for the referenced lots as it relates
to our Bethel Road Project. We have prepared the attached sketch showing an
alternate driveway design that would rise from the proposed street gutter
line to a point approximately 5" higher than the gutter then break back down
at a 6% slope and intersect the existing paving approximately 19 feet behind
the proposed curb.
Please review the attached drawing, and let me know what you think. I'll be
out of the office on Friday and Monday, so if you want to meet out there and
discuss it, please contact Larry Davis at 469-576-7707, or I would be glad
to meet you on Tuesday.
